Catch the first episode on August 1 at 9 p.m. and the second episode on August 8 at 9 p.m., both airing on ETV-HD.
For our younger audience, The Cool and the Strong offers a heartwarming tale of Magic Strong, a reluctant reader who embarks on a journey of self-discovery with his friends Rex and Reva. If you missed the first two episodes, you can catch them on August 25 starting at 4 p.m. on ETV-HD.
We're also thrilled once again to bring you SC Public Radio's 50th anniversary celebration with the recorded concert by the Grammy Award-winning American band Steep Canyon Rangers, airing on August 11 at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on South Carolina Channel.
As we continue to bring you new content, don't miss Aging Matters: Unhoused, airing on August 18 at 5 pm. on ETV-HD and August. 21 at 2 p.m. on ETV World. This touching documentary explores the rise of homelessness among older adults in America. Additionally, tune in for American Masters: Blake Edwards: A Love Story in 24 Frames, airing on August 27 at 8 p.m. on ETV-HD. This documentary delves into the life and career of one of Hollywood's most iconic directors, Blake Edwards.
Lastly, don't miss the PBS News Special: Democratic National Convention, airing from August 19-22 starting at 8 p.m. Join us for comprehensive coverage of the Democratic Party's national convention in Chicago, where key decisions and policies for the future will be shaped.
